• API key data: key name, key prefix, hashed key value, creation date, last used date, and active/revoked status.
• Usage and service metadata: endpoint used, timestamp, response status, credits consumed, and related account identifiers.
• Billing and transaction data: Stripe checkout/session IDs, Stripe customer ID, amount, currency, payment status, and credits added. Payment card details are processed by Stripe, not stored by Value.ai.
• API request content: data you submit to the API, such as image URLs, descriptions, country codes, and generated appraisal outputs.
• Communications: information you send via email or support inquiries (for example through hello@tryvalue.ai).
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, request logs, and security telemetry needed to operate and protect the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
• authenticate users and secure accounts/API access;
• process payments, allocate credits, and prevent billing abuse;
• detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• respond to support requests and communicate service updates;

• Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure;
• Stripe for payment processing and billing operations;
• Google Cloud Run and Firebase Hosting for application hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose information to legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities when required by law, and to professional advisors or counterparties in connection with a merger, acquisition, or restructuring. We do not sell personal information for money.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required to operate login sessions and secure access to the dashboard (for example, session cookies such as __session). At this time, we do not use advertising cookies on the Services.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements.
